Booking Policy

Payment

All Taipei packages are paid in full at the time of booking, via Stripe. Tokyo bespoke bookings are invoiced separately by WanderCos once your travel plan is confirmed.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule a Taipei booking must be made at least 5 days before the shoot date, subject to studio and photographer availability.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the shoot are non-refundable. Cancellations made earlier than 48 hours are eligible for a full refund, minus payment processing fees.

Tokyo bespoke bookings

Because Tokyo shoots are planned around your specific travel dates, rescheduling and cancellation terms are agreed individually at the time your quote is issued.
